PROTEIN CANDY
Protein Candy is an innovative snack brand, aimed to disrupt the candy aisle with a protein-packed treat that combines indulgence with nutrition.
Despite having a unique product, it needed to sharpen positioning and expand their distribution footprint in a competitive landscape. While Protein Candy had a healthy alternative to traditional candy, the brand struggled to differentiate itself in the crowded “better-for-you” candy space.
By refining Protein Candy’s positioning as the world’s first ‘Super Candy,’ seeding the brand with leading health and lifestyle writers, and media training their spokespersons for successful engagements, we delivered over 400 million earned media impressions in just four weeks.
This strategic approach not only enhanced brand awareness but also led to promising partnerships with major U.S. retailers, securing Protein Candy’s place as a major player in the health-conscious snack market.

ROCKY HEALTH
Men’s mental and sexual health issues are often stigmatized, with many men reluctant to discuss these topics with their partners or doctors. Rocky Health wanted to tackle these barriers.
Through strategic storytelling and thought leadership PR, we secured high-profile media placements in key outlets, including The Globe & Mail, iHeartRadio, Men Tell Health, and La Presse, building credibility and trust in the brand.

FRIDA
Frida, a digital health platform for ADHD diagnosis and treatment, aimed to stand out in a crowded market. With ADHD often under-diagnosed, particularly in women, Frida needed a clear voice to highlight its expertise.
In six weeks, our PR campaign generated over 80 feature stories and 25 million media impressions, solidifying Frida’s position as a leader.

Onboarding followed by creating a step-by-step action plan that includes key messaging, timelines, and a list of target media outlets.
Week 3
Content Creation
We’ll draft and finalize a news release or tailored pitch along with supporting materials like FAQs, founder bios, and hi-res assets and visuals. We’ll create 3 key messages for company spokespersons to share in interviews, and keep them on track.
Week 4
Prepare Outreach

Week 5-6
PR Launch, Monitoring and Reporting
Media Outreach: Program launch. Pitching kicks off. We make adjustments depending on a media outlet’s feedback and provide weekly reports on our efforts and success.
